Standard services provided by Vidscrip to users and sponsors.
  • Recording Support

    Vidscrip Customer Success (CS) team will provide scheduled, live support to users recording PRO and SPONSORED Journeys. Recording support can be scheduled through the Vidscrip website.
  • Enrollment Support

    Vidscrip CS team will provide enrollment support to users/practices using PRO and SPONSORED Journeys. Enrollment support includes training and implementation support for QR codes, email/text enrollments, website embeds, flat file data integration, and API data integration.
  • Journey Design & Implementation

    Vidscrip CS team will provide journey design support for PRO and SPONSORED Journeys. Support can be accessed by Journey designers and stakeholders in sponsor organizations. Design and Implementation support can be accessed by emailing support@vidscrip.com, or planning with your CS representative.
  • Vidscrip AIR (Analytics, Insights & Reporting)

    Vidscrip Customer Success (CS) team will provide training and support for users and sponsors on interpreting and analyzing analytics delivered through the Vidscrip AIR analytics. Based on the situation, this support may be live, or in the form of written and/or recorded content.
  • General User Support

    Vidscrip Customer Success (CS) team will provide general user and sponsor support through it's support email (support@vidscrip.com) or through the Intercom support chat function on the Vidscrip website, or embedded in the Vidscrip Studio application.
  • Application Issues

    Any application outages or issues can be addressed by emailing support@vidscrip.com, or by using the chat feature on this page.
