One App. All of Vidscrip.

First, everything your customer needs to do with Vidscrip is now in the app:

• Create and edit their profile
• Search the Vidscrip Journey Library
• Record A Vidscrip Journey
• Share A Vidscrip Journey
• Get Support

Second, the app will allow us to stay engaged with customers to help them maximize the impact of Vidscrip on their practice.  

Third, now customers can record Vidscrips for conditions/procedures for their entire practice, making Vidscrip a more valualble tool for them and their patients.

LOT's of reasons:

• The cameras are newer/better on the phones.
• The microphones are newer/better on the phones.
• Phones can operate on cellular + WiFi.
• Phones can be moved to optimize lighting.
• Phones can be moved to optimize backgrounds.
• Phones record in "vertical" for a better mobile experience (ie, TikTok and Instagram).

In short, today's mobile devices are a far superior platform for recording short form video. That's why TikTock, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts are all built specifically for these platforms. 

Yes. All recordings will be done in the Studio App. We will be phasing out the web-recorder. 

Users can share Vidscrips with patients directly from the Studio App, or from their Channel (vidscrip.com/username).

Yes! WellPrept has added Vidscrips as a "Resource Type" in their application that allows WellPrept users to record Vidscrips and share them with patients through their WellPrept page.

Share these simple instructions with WellPrept users!

A core part of Vidscrip's value is time-based messaging. "Right information. Right time. Right source."  

That will never change. But we're working to make it simpler.

Right Now - Legacy Journeys that include time-based messaging will continue to be managed at vidscrip.com/enroll. Business as usual.

Very Soon - ALL patient on-boarding will happen directly from the Studio App, or from the User's Channel (vidscrip.com/username). At that point vidscrip.com/enroll will simply re-direct to the User's Channel, and the enroller will be prompted to save the Channel.

There is NO ACTION NECESSARY to facilitate this change. The system will gently guide users to the simpler path over time. And at no time will users be inhibited from on-boarding patients into time-based Journeys.  

The Studio App is designed for self service, but the Vidscrip Support Team will continue to provide live recording support for your customers, which you can schedule in Producer.

Preparing for the session:

• Studio App is on the customer's phone.
• Customer has a Vidscrip account. 

The Vidscrip Support team will get your customer up-and-running, and will remain available to answer questions.

No. For security and privacy reasons account creation can only take place in the Studio App.  

Super easy. They don't need to remember a password. 

All they need to do is download the Studio App and enter their email. The app will send them a one-time password to login. 

Absolutely. You should download the Studio App, record a Vidscrip, and share it with a friend/colleague. Getting familiar with the platform will help you support your customers.

Vidscrip Studio is designed to be used across the ENTIRE urology practice, not just one-or-two procedures. So, the new Library has Journeys that cover most of the conditions/procedures your customers care about.

Users create their username when they setup their account. They can share Vidscrips with patients from their Channel, either in the Studio App, or online (vidscrip.com/username).
